ConnectVideo is currently NOT optimized for agencies or multiple clients.
Currently, we don't offer sub-accounts, and we only allow up to 3 ad accounts for a single ConnectVideo account. (And we don’t have a plan for sub-accounts in our roadmap right now).
So although the number of Facebook™ pages or Instagram™ business accounts you can manage with ConnectVideo is technically unlimited, the number of ad accounts would be the limiting factor if you'd like to use it for clients.
