Super Video Audience is just what we call an Engaged Custom Audience created from your video views. The Super Video Audience automatically selects all your Facebook and/or Instagram content videos and creates a custom audience in Facebook Ads Manager based on engagement. 

Once you’ve set up your Super Video Audience, it is very easy to use.
  •  Open Facebook Ads Manager and click Create Ad.
  • Set the ad to target your selected Super Video Audience.
  • Refine your targeting options. For example, if you’re running a campaign to offer a discount to new customers, be sure to exclude existing customers from your Custom Audience targeting for that particular ad.
  • Set your budget and timing as usual and you’re ready to go.
