Once you've added your PowerPixel to your site, you might want to check whether it's installed correctly.

Fortunately, there's a way to do that!

Facebook has created a Google Chrome browser plugin called the "Pixel Helper", which allows you to check whether everything is installed correctly.

Step 1: Download & install the Google Chrome Pixel Helper plugin (click here to download).

Please note you can only install this inside Google Chrome, not in any other browser (e.g. Firefox, Safari, Internet Explorer, etc).

Step 2: Navigate to your website in your Chrome browser (to a page where you've installed the PowerPixel), and click on the Pixel Helper icon.

The popup will tell what pixels were found on the page, and whether they have loaded successfully.  If the PowerPixel has been added correctly, you won't see any errors. Instead, you'll see multiple pixels being loaded.

In case you're wondering why there will be multiple pixels loaded, have a read through this article.

If the icon does not turn blue then there are no Facebook pixels installed on this page (meaning you haven't added the PowerPixel to your site yet).

How to get your support tickets resolved faster

Statistics have shown us that the more you tell us when you report an issue, the faster we solve that ticket. So...

1 - If you have screengrabs, please include them. A picture is worth a thousand words.

2 - If you have recorded a video showing the issue you're having, please include that as well. A video is worth a million words.
We recommend a free service called Loom for creating these videos. (this is a link to https://www.useloom.com/)
