Did you know that you have the ability to export all your data from your Connectio account?


Here is a quick guide to show you how.


Access your profile from the upper-right-hand corner of the screen, under the drop-down menu where it says, "Welcome [Your Name]".


Towards the bottom of the fields on your profile, you will see a section that says "Download Your Data". Next to it is a button that says "EXPORT MY DATA." Click on this.


From there, Connectio will create a .zip file based on all the data within your account. Once it has been generated, you will receive an email with a download link, which you can then access to receive the data you requested.

2 - If you have recorded a video showing the issue you're having, please include that as well. A video is worth a million words.
