The Facebook Pixel Helper is a troubleshooting tool that helps you validate your pixel implementation.
The Facebook Pixel Helper works in the background to look for conversion or pixels and provide real-time feedback on the implementation. A small number will appear on the Facebook Pixel Helper icon to indicate the number of pixel events. When clicked, a panel will expand to show a detailed overview of the page's pixels, including warnings, errors, and successes.
If you have a green circle with a check inside it, this indicates that the pixel is installed and working properly.
It will give you an orange triangle with an exclamation mark inside it if the pixel is not installed properly or taking errors. If you click on the event, it will give you more information about the error.
Viewing the Page Source
The other way to know if the pixel is installed properly is by viewing the page source.
Right-click on any part of your website and click on "view page source" on the pop-up window.
Windows keyboard shortcut = Ctrl + U
Mac keyboard shortcut = Command + Option + U
You will be redirected to the web inspector sources section. Search for ConnectRetarget or power pixel, if you see our power pixel code then the codes are properly installed.
Note: You need to install the power pixel code on the header or footer of your website.

How to get your support tickets resolved faster?
Statistics have shown us that the more you tell us when you report an issue, the faster we solve that ticket. So...
1 - If you have screengrabs, please include them. A picture is worth a thousand words.
2 - If you have recorded a video showing the issue you're having, please include that as well. A video is worth a million words. We recommend a free service calledLoom for creating these videos.
