You may have noticed that sometimes, when you do an Audience Search in ConnectExplore, you would get this error message:

(#803) Some of the aliases you requested do not exist: act_ 

The reason why you are getting this message is that your campaign is in draft mode. You can check the status of your campaign in Facebook Ads Manager under the Delivery column. Confirm that you campaign is Active and not In Draft mode:

Please note that since we're only dependent on what Facebook API sends us, we can only show data for active or live ad accounts.
