Step 1. To cancel your active Connectio subscriptions, click on your name on the upper right side.


Step 2. Then click on Manage Subscription.


Step 3. Choose the subscription you’d like to cancel and click on Cancel Subscription.


Note: 


If you do not see your subscription, that means you are on our older billing service and you will need to contact customer service to cancel your subscription.


We would also like to advise that if you are staying with us, it's better to talk to the team about migrating you over to the new billing system as that gives you more control over your account.
