There are a couple of ways to know if you have installed the ConnectRetarget power pixel on your website.

Using Facebook Pixel Helper

The Facebook Pixel Helper is a troubleshooting tool that helps you validate your pixel implementation.

The Facebook Pixel Helper works in the background to look for conversion or pixels and provide real-time feedback on the implementation. A small number will appear on the Facebook Pixel Helper icon to indicate the number of pixel events. When clicked, a panel will expand to show a detailed overview of the page's pixels, including warnings, errors, and successes.

If you have a green circle with a check inside it, this indicates that the pixel is installed and working properly.

It will give you an orange triangle with an exclamation mark inside it if the pixel is not installed properly or taking errors. If you click on the event, it will give you more information about the error.

Viewing the Page Source

The other way to know if the pixel is installed properly is by viewing the page source.
Right-click on any part of your website and click on "view page source" on the pop-up window.

        Windows keyboard shortcut = Ctrl + U
        Mac keyboard shortcut = Command + Option + U

You will be redirected to the web inspector sources section. Search for ConnectRetarget or powerpixel, if you see our power pixel code then the codes are properly installed.

Note: You need to install the powerpixel code on the header or footer of your website.
