It’s all too easy these days that you may have accidentally disconnected the Connectio app from your Facebook account. The challenge for us is that Facebook does not tell us when this has happened. So, it’s always useful to check it regularly.

Just follow these easy steps:

  1. Click here to select the relevant Facebook page.
  2. Select your Facebook page.
  3. On the left, select Integration and then Lead Access
  4. Click Customise Access in the message that appears.

(if you have already done step 4 skip to step 5)

  1. Under Assigned people and partners select CRMs.
  2. You'll see Connectio listed.
  3. If you still have access, you'll see a green dot and the word Access.
  4. If you do not see the green dot tick the checkbox and click the Assign Access button at the top.

That’s it all done, you can carry on building your new lead form.
